Return & Refund Policy

At Simply Your Home, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the terms below.

 

Return Eligibility:

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To qualify for a return:
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked on the product page)
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

 

Return Process:

To start a return, please contact us at hello@simplyyourhome.store within the 30-day return period.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • If your return is approved:
  • We will provide the return instructions and return address
  • You must send the item back within the timeframe provided
  • We do not accept returns without prior approval.

 

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment only
  • Refunds are processed within 5–15 business days after inspection
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

 

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed or shipped and may no longer be canceled.

 

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card provider or payment processor
