  • Domestic shipping: 5–15 business days
  • International shipping: 7–20 business days

  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly stated on the website.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (if available).
  • Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.

Shipping Locations:

We currently ship to most locations worldwide. However, some regions may be restricted due to carrier limitations or logistical constraints.

Delays and Lost Packages:

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package:

  • Or issue a refund minus shipping costs
